Notice of Public Hearing on Tax Rate: September 15, 2025

A public hearing for Brazoria County Municipal Utility District No. 43 to discuss the proposed tax rate for the 2025 tax year will be held on Monday, September 15, 2025 at 12:00 P.M. The hearing will take place at The Muller Law Group, PLLC, 202 Century Square Boulevard, Sugar Land, Texas 77478.

Notice to Purchaser of Real Estate

The real property that you are about to purchase is located in Brazoria County Municipal Utility District No. 43 (“District”) and may be subject to district taxes.  The district may, subject to voter approval, impose taxes and issue bonds. The district may impose an unlimited rate of tax in payment of such bonds. The current tax rate levied by the District on property within the District is $0.9500 per $100 of assessed value.
